Full Description

Writing emerged, developed, and contributed to the environment and society in a reciprocal feedback process within the Mesopotamian context. The origin of writing technology in the first urban culture (the “Uruk phenomenon”) and its cognitive implications are analyzed along with the impact on subsequent modes of human interactions.
