Cover of Electrical Experimenter 7, no. 12 (April 1920)

Full description
In red and black type, the masthead features above a water-color image of a man with papers in his hand. He's in a yellow room with two tables. There is a seismograph on the table adjacent to him. On the table in front of him there is a potted plant with red blossoms next to a box-shaped machine. A laser, positioned in a downward orientation from that machine is firing a beam that is reflected off three mirrors and out a blackened window. The caption reads, “Watching Plants Grow.”
