Cover of Radio News 9, no. 1 (July 1927)

Full description
In black type the masthead features above a full-bleed water-color image of two men in a room on opposite sides of a table that occupies the center space. The table is topped with a sturdy looking square safe, topped with a large golden dish that is wired to its front. The safe is labelled “Safodyne”. In the foreground a man sits in a padded chair looking pleased with himself, eyes closed, reclining, cigar lit and held comfortably in a firm bite. In the background a younger man is focused on the safe, with an expression suggestion little confidence in what is happening. In his left hand he grasps some tools lightly.
