About the Author

Margret Grebowicz is associate professor of humanities at University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. Her most recent books include The National Park to Come, Whale Song, and Mountains and Desire: Climbing vs. the End of the World. She is the founding editor of the book series Practices, published by Duke University Press.
